Dhruv Dhody is a Principal Engineer at Huawei-India, with over 21 years of experience specializing in the research and development of technologies such as Path Computation Element (PCE), Segment Routing (SR), Network Slicing, and SDN. As an active IETF contributor since 2010, Dhruv focuses on path computation, traffic engineering, and SDN within the routing area. They serve on the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) as a board member and the IAB Outreach Coordinator, and co-chair the IETF working groups SRv6OPS/PCE and EO-DIR. Dhruv is also involved with the Routing Directorate, YANG Doctor, and Operations Directorate, and has previously served on the IETF list moderator’s team and as a liaison to the IESG.
In addition to their technical work, Dhruv is dedicated to increasing IETF participation from the Asia/Pacific region and other underrepresented groups, aiming to enhance diversity and inclusion in the industry.
